These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Penang, Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.
